$100,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Role Description

Real Estate Agents, Luxury Teams, Boutique Brokerages!!! Looking for dynamic partners to join our movement with the fastest growing brokerage in the United States. Epique offers the best benefits in the industry along with an 85/15 split commission (including company leads), revenue share from agent attraction goes 5 levels deep without any sort Front Line Qualifications, and an Equity program that agents can choose to opt into where 10% of the Agent's commission buys company stock at a 20% discount.

Splits, Cap, & Fees:

85/15 Split

$15,000 Cap in the 1st year, $14,000 in year 2, $13,000 in year 3, $12,000 in year 4, $11,000 in year 5, and $10,000 every year thereafter.

Revenue share earnings: 10% of company split

This is an opportunity on a 1099 contract role based on the best commission performance structure, revenue share, and company stock along with the most benefits in the industry.
