Transwestern is seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to provide administrative support to the brokerage team and manage the pipeline, invoicing, client management, and business development efforts.
The role partners with the marketing team on campaigns, asset branding, and related tasks, while developing business intelligence and performing lease reviews as needed. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of CRE experience are preferred.

The Brokerage Coordinator will provide administrative support and team management to the brokerage team as assigned, team members subject to change at any time, with or without notice. Overarching responsibilities include performing all aspects of supporting the team with transaction processing, pipeline tracking and entry, invoicing, client management, and support on business development initiatives. The position will partner with the marketing team on executing marketing campaigns, asset branding/signage and other marketing related assignments as assigned. This position retains latitude in formulation and implementation of new procedures and processes within the Brokerage group that are consistent with the company’s objectives. It is also the responsibility of Brokerage Coordinator not only to exhibit legendary customer service when communicating with clients, owners, vendors, and fellow team members but also to focus on productivity and results.
