Job summary

CRC Group seeks a Brokerage Consultant to act as the liaison between clients, retail agents, and insurance carriers, negotiating terms, providing market insight, and supporting revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll prepare proposals, binders, and quotes in line with policy guidelines, collaborating with underwriting and claims teams for seamless service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with industry systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of insurance coverages, policy forms, and risk transfer mechanisms.
• Proficiency in industry-specific systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Prepare, review, and deliver accurate proposals, quotes, and binders in compliance with internal policies.
