The role blends administrative support with technical and strategic responsibilities to maintain broker relationships and organize virtual events for growth.

You will assist brokers and clients with access issues, develop training materials, manage workflows, and handle back-end tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) required.
• Knowledge of Encompass or similar LOS preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in sales or the mortgage industry required.
• Experience developing training materials and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Assist brokers and clients with access issues and technical support, providing resources and guidance.
• Develop materials and facilitate training to help brokers understand consumer products.
• Handle data collection, client queries, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Answer and screen calls and schedule appointments.
• Organize virtual events to support broker development and growth.
• Perform ad hoc projects and other administrative duties.
