Job summary

Park Place Finance, LLC is seeking a White Label Broker Support Coordinator to bridge underwriting, LendingWise, and the broker portal for our white label broker program. You will ensure timely, accurate support throughout the loan lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data reconciliation, and effective broker communication, with exposure to HighLevel, AI tools, and Excel/Sheets.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating broker programs or loan information across systems.
• Familiarity with mortgage lending concepts (DSCR, RTL preferred).
• Comfort with AI tools and automation to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan information and status updates across underwriting, LendingWise, and broker portal.
• Move and reconcile loan data between systems, keeping conditions and statuses aligned.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for broker questions and requests.
• Manage multiple loans and inquiries in a deadline-driven environment.
• Leverage HighLevel CRM/workflows to streamline broker communication.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT) and Excel/Sheets for reporting and daily tasks.
• Identify automation opportunities and help build scalable playbooks.
