Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to broker requests sent to the shared email.
• Answer incoming calls from Brokers/Agents and initiate outgoing calls.
• Develop relationships with agent contacts for information validation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for responses.
• Demonstrate project management skills with timely, clear client communications.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Interface with team members and customers regarding service issues.
