Job summary

Better Health Group in Oklahoma is seeking a Broker Liaison to build compliant relationships with insurance brokers across the territory, focusing on Medicare education and community awareness. You will serve as an educational resource, helping beneficiaries understand Better Health Group’s care model while complying with CMS guidelines.

You will drive outreach plans, coordinate events, and track activities in the CRM, ensuring arm's-length interactions and adherence to HIPAA responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Broker outreach and relationship management within assigned markets.
• Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare guidelines and HIPAA.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage products and education.
• CRM usage for tracking outreach and education activities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain broker relationships to educate on Medicare education and awareness.
• Develop territory education plans aligned with CMS guidelines.
• Coordinate community events and educational seminars.
• Support scheduling for patient wellness exams and follow-up.
• Document activities and ensure arm's-length educational support.
