Job summary

isolved is seeking a Broker Success Manager to own a defined book of broker relationships and drive retention, growth, and product adoption. This outbound-first role requires anticipating broker needs and positioning isolved as a indispensable partner for HCM success.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Implementations to resolve escalations and surface feedback while driving broker-sourced pipeline and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer success, account management, broker relations, or related client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to own and retain a portfolio of external relationships.
• Experience working with or selling to insurance brokers, benefits brokers, or HR intermediaries is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with HCM, benefits administration, or payroll platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to broker principals and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of broker relationships end-to-end and be the primary contact for engagement, escalation, and growth discussions.
• Drive broker retention by identifying at-risk relationships and executing recovery plans with internal teams.
• Develop broker success plans aligning isolved capabilities to client base, growth goals, and competitive positioning.
• Partner with Sales to convert broker engagement into qualified pipeline and track broker-sourced referrals.
• Drive product adoption by educating brokers on new features and best practices; tie platform capabilities to outcomes.
