Job summary

Etude is seeking an Agency Development Manager to be the face of Etude to the brokerage community. You will identify, appoint, and manage relationships with independent agents as well as regional and national brokerages.

In this role you will recruit top agencies, train producers on our portal, and work with underwriters to drive growth while advocating for our data-driven underwriting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance distribution, agency management, or wholesale brokerage.
• Active surplus lines producer license is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial property insurance contacts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-performing agencies and brokers across core verticals.
• Lead producer appointment process and training on Etude portal.
• Manage relationships with broker partners and gather feedback.
• Educate brokers on Etude products and data-driven underwriting.
• Drive premium growth by coordinating with underwriters.
• Develop distribution/referral relationships with property managers.
