Qualifications

Job Title: Broker Dealer Operations Associate

Location: NYC (hybrid)

Salary: $80k-115k + Bonus

The Broker Dealer Operations Associate will be responsible for:

1. Facilitating daily movement of customer funds within the brokered sweep program and between company products.
2. Performing daily cash reconciliation and providing commentary for internal and external auditors.
3. Using and creating algorithms to optimize fund distribution among bank partners and resolve issues.
4. Communicating, calculating, and settling monthly interest, ensuring full reconciliation with program banks.
5. Assisting in onboarding new banks, completing documentation accurately, and supporting vendor relationships.

The Broker Dealer Operations Associate should have the following qualifications and skills:

1. Current holder of FINRA Series 99.
2. 2+ years' experience in treasury operations roles at hedge funds, asset managers, or large banks.
3. Experience with USD payment systems and cash/fixed income products.
