Tyson Foods Wilkesboro, NC, seeks a Tech Advisor Broiler I for 1st shift to support producers with care, housing, litter management and health monitoring. The role requires coordinating with hatchery, feedmill and livehaul teams and ensuring contract compliance for high-quality, cost-efficient flocks.

Experience of 1+ years and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. The position includes a full range of Tyson benefits and on-site duties in Wilkesboro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience.
• Elementary computer skills such as email, data entry into templates or simple queries.
• Willing to travel 1–5 trips per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to producers on bird care, comfort, and housing.
• Advise on building/equipment specs, litter, sanitation, and flock health.
• Coordinate with hatchery, feedmill, and livehaul teams to ensure compliance.
