Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a Broiler Chef for our Little Rock restaurant. Work in a fast-paced kitchen ensuring proteins are broiled, grilled, or sautéed to perfection using a top broiler, while following recipes and presentation standards to delight guests.

Applicants should have at least six months of related experience, be able to stand for long periods, and maintain high energy in a busy service environment.

Qualifications

• At least six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
• Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
