Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse in Little Rock is seeking a Line Cook (SSH) to join our kitchen team. You will broil, grille, and saute while coordinating orders to ensure timely delivery to each table. Follow established recipes and presentation standards to meet guest expectations; maintain a positive, energetic vibe in a fast-paced setting, standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to broil, grille and/or saute and to handle knives.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
• Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations.
• Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
