Job summary

The John Gore Organization in New York, NY is seeking a Broadway Subscription Specialist to provide top-notch guest service and manage ticketing across multiple cities. You will handle phone, email, and chat inquiries, process sales and renewals, and support customer relationships across the Broadway Across America network.

Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing systems such as Archtics or Tessitura preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service via phone, email, and chat.
• Process ticket sales and transactions using Archtics and Tessitura, including renewals and exchanges.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with website updates.
• Print, fulfill, and mail tickets as needed; support team meetings and training.
