Job summary

Hubbard Broadcasting is seeking an accomplished senior leader to guide the market’s operations, including strategy, programming, marketing, and sales. You will oversee budgeting, compliance, and contract management while building a high-performing, communicative team across locations.

Key responsibilities include developing long-term objectives, leading the management team, and ensuring FCC license and regulatory adherence. Travel to various sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in senior level position in broadcasting/media company
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated innovative leadership and staff development
• Broad knowledge of radio station operations and FCC regulations
• Strong budgeting skills and financial objective achievement
• Willingness to travel to various locations
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing the Company's short- and long-term objectives and procedures.
• Provide leadership to the market's management team for products, services, sales, and promotion.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan with goals for sales, programming, marketing, and HR.
• Structure organization, recruit and develop a cohesive, communicative team.
• Ensure compliance with laws, FCC requirements, and license renewals.
• Prepare and adhere to annual budgets to meet profit and revenue goals.
• Review and approve all contracts including purchasing and employment agreements.
