Job summary

TEGNA, a leading local news and services provider, is seeking a Continuity Coordinator for a hybrid role. You will manage the entry and accuracy of commercial copy across multiple properties, while coordinating with advertisers, agencies and internal teams.

Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills are essential. This role reports to the Continuity Manager, offers a hybrid work arrangement, and requires knowledge of WideOrbit and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic or sales support in broadcast, cable or radio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and WideOrbit traffic system.

Responsibilities

• Enter traffic instructions with a high level of accuracy and provide excellent service to clients, agencies, and TEGNA stakeholders.
• Assist in confirming commercial copy from delivery systems and outside sources.
• Maintain accurate material locations and ensure materials are received by daily deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal stations and external advertisers to resolve issues promptly.
• Support and back up team members to uphold high standards across properties served by the team.
