Hearst Television in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Continuity Specialist to manage the primary and digital channels' commercial copy across our 32 stations. Based at our modern hub, you will ensure accurate traffic instructions and timely processing.

The role requires knowledge of agency instruction terminology and experience with WideOrbit; onsite attendance is required. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of agency commercial instruction terminology.
• Experience with WideOrbit Traffic System is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred.
• Onsite attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and process traffic instruction files from agencies and advertisers.
• Interpret commercial copy and agency instructions.
• Build instruction sets for assignment in WideOrbit.
• Coordinate with Content Distribution Specialists on materials.
• Review and issue copy log changes.
• Communicate missing instructions to agencies and stations.
