Qualifications

  • High school diploma and two years of related full-time experience.
  • Combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and maintain daily television broadcast logs.
  • Review logs for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with master control.
  • Monitor inventory to maximize utilization while meeting advertiser and station requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with FCC and station policies.
  • Coordinate with Master Control to reflect expected air elements.
  • Maintain program information, rights and scheduling records.
  • Develop long-range program grids and schedules.
  • Serve as primary liaison between departments regarding daily broadcast schedules.
  • Assist with website, EPG, streaming, and other platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve internal and external technical problems.
