Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in administrative, office, radio, production, or board operation preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Radio board-operation or talk-radio experience preferred.
• Fluent Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage board operations to ensure programming runs smoothly.
• Assist with setup for live remote broadcasts and troubleshoot equipment.
• Provide traffic reports for radio and television broadcasts.
• Provide front desk coverage as needed.
• Support additional projects for Promotions and Programming.
