Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Board Operations management to ensure programming runs smoothly and accurately.
• Support live remote broadcasts setup and troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide traffic reports for radio and television broadcasts as assigned.
• Occasional front desk coverage and assistance as needed.
• Assist with additional duties, projects, and tasks as requested by Promotions and Programming departments.
