Job summary

Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to create compelling visual content across our broadcast programming and platforms. You will develop an idea from concept through final animation, designing opens, lower thirds, transitions, promos, and LED wall content while adhering to brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of relevant experience, advanced skills in After Effects/Photoshop/Illustrator, and a strong portfolio demonstrating

Qualifications

• Four to six years of professional motion design or broadcast graphics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, animation, typography, composition, and storytelling.
• Experience creating broadcast graphics packages including opens, lower thirds, transitions, bumpers, and title cards.
• Develop mood boards, storyboards, style frames, and presentation concepts.
• Ability to create original visual directions within brand guidelines.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to receive direction and communicate creative decisions.
• Excellent time and project management under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and file organization.

Responsibilities

• Design motion graphics across broadcast programming and platforms.
• Develop opens, lower thirds, transitions, title cards, and LED wall content.
• Create mood boards, storyboards, and style frames; iterate with feedback.
• Maintain brand guidelines while delivering original visual directions.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced television environment and manage multiple projects.
