TMRW Sports Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a senior Motion Designer to develop and deliver animated visuals for broadcast, social media, marketing and on-site media. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to produce broadcast-quality motion graphics for a global audience.

The role requires expert 2D/3D animation, Adobe Creative Suite mastery and a strong sports-design sensibility, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in-depth motion design across media (video, broadcast, digital, AR/VR)
• Experience within the sports industry
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong 2D/3D animation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Available for evenings, weekends and potential travel

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute original animated visuals and motion graphics for broadcast, social media, marketing, sales and on-site media
• Manage and prioritize projects to meet timeline and budget
• Apply conceptual and technical thinking to create industry-leading visuals
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design from concept to completion
• Confidently present strategic ideas in meetings
• Identify latest trends and technologies to drive the work
