The Broadcast Engineer will own the technical foundation of how the company captures, routes, and delivers video and audio — the studio and control room infrastructure, the IP signal fabric connecting our spaces, and the live execution of our highest-visibility events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on broadcast, live production, or high-end corporate production engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain video and audio infrastructure across studio spaces and control rooms.
• Own technical execution for high-visibility productions from design to post-event review.
• Establish and maintain color and audio standards across the production chain.
• Diagnose and resolve complex signal-flow, network, and device faults under live conditions.
