Job summary

VERSANT Media, a Nasdaq-listed media and entertainment company, seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to support corporate, production, data center, and live-event tech. This on-site Orlando role collaborates with IT, facilities, and production teams to maintain reliability and security of critical systems.

You will manage servers, storage, networking, AV, RF, and conferencing environments, ensuring smooth operations during time-sensitive live events and renewals of technology assets.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in infrastructure engineering, IT operations, or related technical fields.
• Experience with corporate IT, AV support, or live-event tech environments.
• Ability to document procedures and communicate with non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations across servers, storage, networking, and AV systems.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and perform preventive maintenance on infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, AV, and conferencing issues.
• Support event-based networks, compute resources, and video displays at venues.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, vendors, and production teams on improvements.
• Create clear technical documentation and runbooks.
