Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support, help desk, desktop support, or sysadmin experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking basics.
• Experience with endpoint security and device deployment; ability to troubleshoot collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems and related infrastructure.
• Assist with administration of VMware/Hyper‑V, AD, Microsoft Server environments, and cloud-based services.
