The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure IT services, assisting with device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining asset records while escalating complex incidents to senior engineers as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support or service desk role.
• Experience providing technical support to users.
• Windows OS and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of Azure, Entra, Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with IT service management concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
• Provide 1st-line support across corporate IT systems and devices.
• Perform 2nd-line troubleshooting and escalate when needed.
• Deliver deskside and remote support across office and studios.
• Log and manage tickets through resolution with SLAs.
• Assist with user account onboarding and access changes.
• Maintain asset records for IT and broadcast equipment.
• Follow incident, problem and change management processes.
• Escalate security-related incidents per policy.
• Collaborate with IT Engineers and third-party suppliers.
