Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience with C/C++ and Python, on Linux systems.
• Experience with log management and data visualisation tools (ELK, Splunk, Grafana).
• Strong scripting abilities in Bash, Python, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely software releases and monitor metrics across devices.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end issues in broadband components and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Diagnose problems using Linux networking and packet capture techniques.
• Design and build DevOps tools to improve performance and efficiency.
• Leverage AWS data services (S3, Athena, QuickSight) for device data insights.
• Develop anomaly detection and data-driven solutions across device models.
