The role involves managing startup of key initiatives, overseeing implementation, advising on stakeholder engagement, and responding to complex requests from state government executives. Based at Empire State Development in New York City, this is a full-time permanent position requiring in-office presence.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum 5 years of experience; 3+ years in government, consulting, economic development, public policy, or related fields
• Deep understanding of New York State government operations and expert knowledge of the broadband sector
