Job summary

A leading telecommunications provider is seeking a Broadband Specialist I in Mexico Beach, FL. This role involves installing cable television and broadband services while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include working in various locations, including customer homes, and switching out equipment when necessary. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn. Company vehicle and training are provided. Competitive hourly pay rate between $17.00 - $18.00 is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Make customer drop installations from tap to antenna terminals.
• Perform new connects, reconnects, and disconnects of service.
• Climb poles with proper safety equipment as needed.
• Drive company vehicles safely and perform upkeep.
• Perform other duties such as clean-up and assisting other employees.
