Job summary

AFL is seeking a Demand Planner for the Broadband Business Unit in Duncan, SC. This role will own the end-to-end demand planning process for the assigned Broadband portfolio, coordinating with peers to deliver a single reconciled signal for IBP cycles.

You will generate and publish Statistical and consensus demand plans, incorporate market signals, and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy with governance and documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in planning are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of demand planning or related analytical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with modern demand planning applications and forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning for the Broadband portfolio.
• Generate, refine, and publish statistical and consensus demand plans at Customer x SKU x Month level.
• Coordinate with peer planners to ensure a single reconciled Broadband BU output.
• Maintain planning hierarchies, segmentation, and master data attributes per enterprise standards.
• Produce timely Demand Review pre-reads and support IBP cadence.
