AFL, a leading fiber optic and data center solutions provider, seeks a Demand Planner – Data Center in Duncan, SC. You will own end-to-end demand planning for the Data Center hyperscale portfolio within the IBP framework, coordinating with sales, product management, and operations to translate construction pipeline signals into actionable volume plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–7 years of demand planning or supply chain planning experience.
• Experience with modern planning applications (SAP IBP, Kinaxis) and advanced analytics.
• Proven ability to manage high-variability, project-based demand for data center or tech portfolios.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning for the Data Center hyperscale portfolio within IBP.
• Publish forecast inputs at Customer × SKU × Month level with overlays for project demand.
• Maintain project-tracking methodology translating pipeline signals into demand inputs.
• Produce decision-ready Demand Review pre-reads with KPIs and action logs.
• Maintain data governance, hierarchies, and master data for the Data Center portfolio.
• Coordinate with Sales, PM, and Operations to align demand with IBP governance.
