The Host courteously greets and escorts guests to tables and assists in seating guests efficiently, according to company standards. Assists in preparing the restaurant for service and maintains cleanliness at all times. Directs, implements, and maintains a philosophy congruent with the company's culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.

• Escorts guests to tables, presents menus, and extends courteous departures.
• Maintains organization and concentration when serving multiple guests.
• Inspects tables and stations, ensuring standards are met and relaying deficiencies to management.
• Performs physical movements throughout the work area and performs job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ensures tables are cleaned and reset according to standards.

Additional Info
