Led by the restaurant group that successfully restored the identity and operational excellence of Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's, the Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. The role also involves assisting in maintaining the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists, and embodying a philosophy aligned with the company culture as a guide to staff.
Additional Info: Two years of experience and/or training in mixology, liquor, and food service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
