Our premier restaurant locations are now led by the group that successfully restored the iconic Italian restaurant brands of Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's.

Role Overview: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, adhering to company standards. They assist in maintaining bar area equipment through opening and closing checklists and embody a philosophy aligned with the company's culture, guiding all staff members.

Requirements
  • Ensure high standards of guest service at every point of contact, creating lasting impressions to encourage repeat business.
  • Foster a high-energy environment promoting engagement and enjoyment for guests and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with management and guests, maintaining an open and respectful work environment.
  • Make sound decisions that benefit guests and the team.
  • Meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol service.
  • Provide prompt, friendly service following company guidelines.
  • Identify and handle potentially intoxicated guests according to company standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including drinks, garnishes, and glassware.
  • Comply with all liquor regulations, including service to minors and intoxicated patrons.
  • Manage bar setups, inventory, and operational hours effectively.
  • Greet guests, take orders using suggestive selling techniques, and process payments securely.

Additional Qualifications: Minimum of two years' experience or training in mixology, liquor, and food service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
