Role Overview: The Server Assistant provides support to the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role aligns with our company culture and standards, serving as a guide to all staff members.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Strive to create an operation that values Guest Service standards, ensuring every guest contact meets or exceeds expectations to encourage repeat business.
  2. Create and maintain a high-energy environment that promotes engagement and enjoyment for both the Family and Guests.
  3. Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering an open and respectful work environment.
  4. Model and implement company practices to create a lively atmosphere for guests and staff.
  5. Make sound, effective decisions that benefit guests and the team with confidence and competence.
  6. Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
  7. Uphold professionalism and ethical standards beyond reproach.
  8. Comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
  9. Document all accidents and incidents per company policies.
  10. Maintain knowledge of property layouts, table setups, capacity, hours, menu items, prices, and presentation standards.
  11. Stay organized and focused when serving multiple guests.
  12. Perform physical movements required for the role and work with minimal supervision.
  13. Adhere strictly to sanitation and health regulations and company standards.
  14. Inspect and maintain cleanliness of workstations and tables, resetting and replenishing as needed.
  15. Assist with bussing tables and guest needs efficiently.
Additional Information:

Preferred experience includes one to two years in a similar role or equivalent education and training.
