Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Brigantine, NJ is hiring Real Estate Sales Associates. No experience required; we train from the ground up and help you obtain a New Jersey real estate license. Earn competitive commissions and receive leads from day one in a branded, supportive environment.

You will prospect, show homes, negotiate offers, and guide clients through financing and closing, with ongoing coaching and training to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• No prior real estate experience required; we train from ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, coaching sessions, and continuing education.
