Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. This role offers hands-on litigation experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The ideal candidate holds a JD and Texas license with up to 3 years of PI experience, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to drive results while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas.
• 0–3 years of personal injury experience
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Valid TX driver's license; good driving record
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

$100,000 base + uncapped commission (3% of all fees collected)

Bonus

up to $6,000 quarterly bonus
