Thomas J. Henry Law seeks a Briefing/Research Attorney to back trial lawyers in developing personal injury cases. This role offers exposure to litigation in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and the opportunity to sharpen drafting and research skills.

Responsibilities include drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery; conducting legal research; assisting with deposition and trial preparation; and learning plaintiff-side PI strategies. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas
• 0–3 years of personal injury experience
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Valid TX driver’s license; good driving record
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

BRIEFING/RESEARCH ATTORNEY

Salary: $100,000 base + uncapped commission (3% of all fees collected)

Relocation Bonus: $10,000 (Corpus Location Only)

Bonus: up to $6,000 quarterly bonus

Overview: Thomas J. Henry Law is hiring a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. This is a great opportunity to build litigation skills in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
