Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Bridges & Structures Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering diverse transportation projects in Ohio. You will mentor engineers, drive business development, and oversee scope, budget, and schedules from proposals through construction.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in transportation structures, a PE license, and a track record of cross-functional leadership. The role supports a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Structural Engineering preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio or eligible within 90 days.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in transportation structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers, developing future leaders.
• Lead business development and pursue regional pursuits and cross-selling.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule across multiple projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams from feasibility to final design and construction.
• Ensure compliance with risk, quality, and project management policies.
