A leading engineering consultancy in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Structural Bridge Engineer to join their Transportation and Municipal Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in bridge design and relevant qualifications, including a civil engineering degree and a PE license. Responsibilities include designing engineering drawings, performing cost estimates, and overseeing quality assurance in project designs. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge design, analysis, load rating, and inspection.
• Experience with projects for INDOT, County DOTs, and local municipalities.
• P.E. license required; S.E. license or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare engineering drawings for bridges, retaining walls, and culverts.
• Perform quantity and cost estimate calculations.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of structural designs.
• Mentor and lead a team while managing multiple projects.
