Qualifications

Responsibilities
Solicit, review, and scope subcontractor and vendor bids.
Administer subcontracts for area of responsibility.
Review and understand contract documents.
Assist with project start up including obtaining permits.
Lead responsibility for project document management.
Assist in development and updating of overall project schedule.
Manage complete submittal process and procurement.
Lead subcontractor start-up meetings.
Create and manage tracking logs for project materials.
Resolve daily problems and expedite materials.
