Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking traveling Superintendents to lead heavy civil projects across road, highway, and bridge markets in the Southeast. You will coordinate field teams, oversee safety programs, and manage subcontractors to deliver multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring extensive construction supervision experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to multiple sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise civil construction projects from start to finish.
• Advocate safety as priority and enforce safety plans and regulations.
• Liaise with owner, designers and subcontractors to ensure efficient performance.
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with budgets.
• Prepare project status and payroll-related documents.
