Job summary

BKF is seeking two Bridge & Structures Project Managers to lead pursuit, design, and delivery of complex bridge projects in Northern CA and the Central Valley. Roles involve client development, multidisciplinary team leadership, and project execution from proposal through construction.

Candidates should possess a BS in Civil Engineering, a CA PE license, and 12+ years of bridge/structural design experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• CA Professional Engineer license is required.
• 12+ years of bridge/structural design and project management experience.
• Based in Northern California or Central Valley with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver bridge and structural projects from pursuit to construction, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and agency partners across Northern and Central California.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with civil, survey, environmental, and construction stakeholders.
• Oversee preparation of PS&E packages, reports, and calculations.
• Perform bridge analysis and design using standard software and ensure code compliance.
