Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and proficiency with AASHTO LRFD and MicroStation/AutoCAD. The position offers growth in a collaborative Midwest/Rocky Mountain region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required; Master's preferred.
• 5-10 years of Bridge & Structures Engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications.
• Proficiency with bridge design software and structural analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with MicroStation, AutoCAD, and related software.
• Project management experience and client communication skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Complete analysis and design of bridges, retaining walls, and box culverts.
• Lead preparation of plans, reports, and specifications; ensure quality across projects.
