Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Bridge Engineer for their Colorado Division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee bridge projects, from design to construction, playing a pivotal role in enhancing transportation infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10+ years of experience in bridge design, a PE license, and the capability to mentor junior staff. This position offers a flexible work location across various cities in Colorado, including Johnstown, and comes with a competitive salary of $80,000—$105,000.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of bridge design experience.
• Experience working with CDOT and/or municipalities.
• Proven experience performing complex analysis and design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer on bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects.
• Mentor junior staff and support the growth of the structural team.
• Prepare and review structural calculations for bridge design projects.
• Manage compilation and coordination of plans and specifications.
