The Encompass Group is seeking an experienced Bridge/Structural Engineer to lead planning, analysis, and design of diverse bridge projects in the Midwest region. You will manage project teams, deliver high-quality structural designs, and ensure successful client relationships across transportation assignments.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in bridge engineering, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to delivering value to communities and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 8+ years of bridge/structural engineering experience.
• Strong project leadership and technical design experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Engineer and Project Manager for bridge and structural engineering projects.
• Lead project planning, structural analysis, and bridge design efforts.
• Perform structural design calculations and develop bridge plans, details, and specifications.
• Oversee quantity calculations, construction cost estimates, and quality control reviews.
• Assign and review design work completed by project team members.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship throughout project delivery.
• Support business development activities, client engagement, and project pursuits.
