We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, who has 7 to 11 years of relevant experience. Competitive compensation ranges from $140,000 to $180,000 annually, and we offer a work-life balance with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 7 to 11 years of experience in designing steel and concrete structures.
• Licensed structural engineer in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin preferred.
• Strong communication skills in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide bridge inspection and design services.
• Lead, develop, and grow the structural engineering team.
• Work cross-functionally with the Transportation team.
