Kleinfelder is seeking a full-time Structural Engineer to join our Springfield, IL area team. The role involves structural design and detailing for bridge projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to deliver high-impact solutions for private clients and government projects.

The ideal candidate brings a Civil or Structural Engineering background with 5+ years of experience, and an Illinois SE license or plan to obtain within 12 months.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Illinois SE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Structural design and detailing for bridge projects.
• Collaborate with teams on planning, design and construction of structural projects, with opportunities to lead projects.
• Client contact including verbal and written communication.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Periodic on-site construction observation.
