Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 10 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of successful management of engineering projects.
• Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
• 12 years relevant experience (preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops project scope and fee quotations and assists in technical proposals and contracts.
• Liaises with clients and manages project team to deliver scope, schedule and budgets.
• Performs technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for projects.
• Implements project delivery plan and leads development and execution of the project management plan.
• Oversees project staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Supports business development and client relationships for bridge projects in Western PA.
