Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising engineering teams, analyzing projects, coordinating with other agencies, and ensuring compliance. Candidates should have four years of civil engineering experience and a New York State Professional Engineer’s License.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of full-time civil engineering experience.
• Valid New York State Professional Engineer’s License.
• One year as a project leader on a complex project.

Responsibilities

• Direct functions during the design phase of projects.
• Supervise engineering professionals and clerical staff.
• Analyze complex civil engineering projects.
• Review consultant submissions during design phase.
• Coordinate with external agencies.
• Manage project issues and risks.
